Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.

Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.

Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.

Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement.

Active involvement in Coordinating the Site Supervisors & Project Incharge.

To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission; To collate tender...
