• Read and interpret fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings

• Plan and execute production activities *using 3M (Man, Machine, Material) principles*

• Update daily and monthly production reports in ERP system (ABAS)

• Write clear and effective work instructions for shop floor operators

• Coordinate with Assistant Manager for managing rejection and rework

• Monitor and reduce scrap generation on the shop floor

• Conduct assembly-wise inspection and prepare inspection reports

• Provide training and onboarding support to new operators

• Hold daily meetings with Assistant Production Engineer to align on daily targets

• Track production progress and ensure targets are met on time

• Prepare analytical production reports on a daily and monthly basis

• Schedule dispatches and final job inspections

• Monitor and improve operator productivity and efficiency

• Implement and maintain *5S activities* across the production area

• Strong understanding of *technical drawings and manufacturing processes*

• Hands-on experience in *production planning and execution*

• *Experience in handling rework, scrap control, and productivity tracking*

• Good knowledge of *ERP systems (preferably ABAS* )

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail, team leadership, and shop floor management
