Position: Export Documentation Executive

Location: Rajkot, India

We are looking for a skilled Export Documentation Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the export/import industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing end-to-end export documentation and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.)
  • Ensure all documents comply with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, and other stakeholders
  • Track and manage export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving documentation discrepancies
  • Assist in customs clearance and maintain accurate records of transactions for audits and inspections
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to support seamless export operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export documentation (preferably in a similar industry)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of export regulations, customs, and international trade laws
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
