Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export/Import Documentation Executive located in Rajkot. The Export/Import Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling all export and import documentation tasks, managing documents, maintaining proper records, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. The role includes liaising with shipping companies, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and Document Management skills.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Experience in handling Export operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
