Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive collaborations with therapy platforms and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers. You will engage HR leaders, design tailored B2C mental health solutions, and ensure smooth integration of our services. Reporting directly to the founders, you'll turn frontline feedback into growth initiatives while ensuring a top-tier customer experience from first contact to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure partnerships with therapy platforms and EAP providers.
  • Engage HR leaders to co-create mental health solutions that meet employee needs.
  • Lead onboarding and integration of emote Care services into partner systems.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and founders, sharing insights and performance data.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to relationship management.
  • Follow up with users who book but don't attend sessions to encourage engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (HRTech, mental health, wellness, or EAP sectors preferred).
  • Strong track record of working with HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for mental health and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to translate partner feedback into actionable strategies.
