Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Pune. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies
  • Market Research and Prospecting skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports and data analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience in the automation solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
