Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Pune. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Client Management skills: Account management, customer relationship building, and client retention
- Sales and Negotiation skills: Developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and identifying growth opportunities
- Research and Reporting skills: Conducting market research and preparing detailed sales reports
- Communication and Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the instrumentation industry is a plus
