Job description

The IT team is responsible for a wide range of crucial operations that ensure seamless organizational workflows, security, and user support. Their daily responsibilities can be categorized as follows:

  • System Maintenance & Monitoring:
  • Conducting routine system health checks and diagnostics.
  • Monitoring server performance to ensure uptime and efficiency.
  • Managing operating system and software updates, patches, and security fixes.
  • Implementing and overseeing data backup and recovery protocols.
  • Resource optimization to maintain performance and scalability.
  • User Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Addressing IT support tickets and resolving user-reported issues.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Setting up and configuring workstations for new and existing employees.
  • Providing remote support and troubleshooting for off-site staff.
  • Conducting training and awareness sessions on IT policies and best practices.
  • Network & Security Management:
  • Maintaining and securing network infrastructure.
  • Managing firewall configurations and implementing security policies.
  • Monitoring VPN access and ensuring secure remote connectivity.
  • Conducting periodic security audits and risk assessments.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats.
  • Software & Application Support:
  • Managing software installations, licensing, and updates.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Assisting in the integration of new software solutions.
  • Coordinating with third-party vendors for application support.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational software policies.
  • Infrastructure & Asset Management:
  • Maintaining an updated inventory of IT hardware assets.
  • Coordinating procurement, installation, and disposal of IT equipment.
  • Managing IT lifecycle processes to ensure timely upgrades and replacements.
  • Ensuring adherence to IT policies and compliance requirements.

Experience:- 3-7 Years

Salary : 40,000 to 60,000 Per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
