Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our solar energy team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and closing solar projects. If you are passionate about sales and eager to grow in the renewable energy sector, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and marketing activities
  • Meet potential customers and explain solar solutions in detail
  • Conduct site visits and collect project requirements
  • Support customers through the entire sales cycle until project finalisation
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
