Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Technical Support skills, with the ability to resolve technical inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for engaging professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the finance, trading, or brokerage sector is an advantage
