We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the brokerage product charter, focusing on enhancing the trading and investing experience across global markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across India and Singapore — including design, engineering, growth, compliance, and operations — to build and scale products that enable users to invest with confidence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for the brokerage platform across equities, ETFs, and future trading products.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across regions to define priorities and deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Partner with business, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and scalability.
  • Convert customer research, market insights, and data-driven learnings into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
  • Lead end-to-end product development cycles — from discovery through launch — ensuring speed, quality, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify product and UX opportunities to streamline the investing journey for both beginner and advanced traders.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy and the future vision of the brokerage product across markets.
Ideal Experience & Skills
  • 4–7 years of product management experience in digital-first consumer products; experience in fintech, trading, or investment platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling products from 0→1 or 1→100.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data tools (e.g., SQL, Redshift, Metabase, Amplitude) for funnel and behavioral analysis.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with deep empathy for investors and a passion for designing high-trust financial experiences.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage, trading, or wealth management products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience delivering intuitive consumer-facing products.
