Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Assistant Leader (MT) for a reputed Company at the Mumbai (Goregaon) location.

Job Responsibilities –

  • MIS management is related to Modern Trade Sales and Institution Sales.
  • Credit Control for the geography.
  • Conducting in-store promotions.
  • Effectively handle Promoter Girl. Timely evaluate performance and provide OJT (On the Job Training), and Classroom training.
  • Hands-on approach to resolve MT (Modern Trade) store operational issues.
  • Training and motivating to Sales Team.
  • Coordination with internal route operations teams to maintain the fill rates and Share of Self (SOS).
  • Contribute to the growth of each account in the stated territory.
  • Do innovative activities to get business growth for the company.
  • Visit Modern Trade (MT) stores to support the supply team.
  • Purchase Order (PO) procurement and circulation.
  • Template preparation for assigned customers.
  • Innovate new activities to get new business growth for the company.

Age: 24-30 Years

Qualification: MBA

Work experience: 1 Year and above (Experience in the FMCG industry)

Special Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working in a team, punctual, sincere to the job, polite to others, and proactive approach.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ready to commute to any location in Mumbai.
  • Male Candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, computer knowledge, and must have two-wheeler driving license.
