Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Travel Coordination
Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and special requirements.
- Oversee ticketing and ensure timely issuance and reissuance of tickets.
- Coordinate with aviation scheduling teams for smooth connections.

SOP & Process Management
Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire travel function.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Visa & Documentation Handling
Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and related documentation.
Guide travellers on requirements for various destinations.
Cost & Performance Optimization
Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and suggest improvements.
- Provide periodic management reports on travel spend and trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field.
- 1–6 years' experience in corporate or aviation travel desk operations.
- Proven experience in SOP creation for travel processes.
- Strong ticketing and visa handling background.
- Proficiency in GDS/booking systems and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
