Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) .The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in the AI/ML and software development domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI/ML, software, and digital transformation services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reports to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of technology-based solutions and ability to explain them to clients.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling data-driven technology solutions.
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, or Europe).
