Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to drive campaign strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis, and present findings to senior management.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and analytics and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What makes you a Great Fit?

  • Educational Background: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Professional qualifications like BE/MBA are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in campaign management with a strong focus on analytics. Experience in Mutual Fund/Financial Services/eCommerce/Fintech is a plus.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excel & Reporting: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in creating detailed analytical reports and dashboards.
  • Programming languages as python and SQL are preferred
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML models and their application in marketing analytics is a plus.
