Experience: Minimum 5+ years in administration
Qualifications: Any degree
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and streamline administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage office operations for efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial oversight.
- Oversee facilities management and maintenance activities.
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle legal and compliance matters.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Address grievance related to facilities, canteen, transport, and housekeeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
