About the Organization:

Atchayam Trust is a registered NGO working since 2014 to rehabilitate and empower destitute homeless individuals, including the elderly, persons with disabilities, mentally ill individuals and those engaged in begging. The Trust operates multiple shelters across Tamil Nadu, focusing on holistic care, rehabilitation, and social reintegration.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Admin Operations Officer to oversee the administrative and operational management of Atchayam Trust's head office and multiple shelters. The role ensures seamless coordination, compliance, and performance across all shelter units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative and shelter-level operations across 5 shelters.
  • Oversee staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
  • Ensure smooth procurement, documentation, and financial coordination.
  • Support compliance, reporting, and liaison with government and CSR partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor shelter activities and standards.
  • Work closely with management to implement organizational systems and policies.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sociology (preferred) or Social Work/Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or NGO program operations.
  • Age: Around years preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.
  • Passionate about social service and community welfare.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
