Back Office Staff

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to join our team.
The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative, documentation, and data management activities to ensure smooth office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in business administration, office coordination, and internal process support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document filing (manual & digital).
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for daily operations.
- Maintain stock records and support inventory updates.
- Support HR and admin functions like attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic customer communication.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
