JOB DESCRIPTION - BILLING EXECUTIVE

Company: Kovax Abrasives South Asia Pvt Ltd

Position: Billing Executive

Department: Customer Service Department (CSD)

Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred (Freshers may also apply)

Salary: 20,000/month CTC for freshers

For experienced candidates, salary will be based on current compensation and relevant experience

Location: Kakkanad, Kerala (Preference for candidates based in Ernakulam)

Qualification

  • Any degree
  • 12 years of billing experience preferred
  • Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for billing inputs
  • Maintain proper records of invoices and billing documentation
  • Assist with payment follow-ups and updating receivables
  • Support the accounts team in day-to-day tasks and basic data entry
  • Generate billing reports or data as required by the management

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); Hindi preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Office
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

Other Preferences

  • Male candidates preferred
  • Candidates based in or near Ernakulam will be given preference
