Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform billing assistance duties in a pharmacy.
  • · Check and dispense the medicine billed to clients.
  • · Check, print and validate billings and invoices.
  • · Direct the refund request to senior manager and coordinate for proper closure of such request.
  • · Perform daily closing activities.
  • · Maintain and manage daily logs of transactions in an organized manner.
  • · Answer the query related to medicine or billing
  • · Assist in pharmacy audit and be responsible of any mishaps.
  • · Raise alert messages to reporting manager on any policy breach.
  • · Be vigilant while medicine dispensing and cash collecting. Any variations shall be the complete responsibility of the employee.

  • Adequate clerical or administrative skills
  • Excellent and professional communication skills.
  • Detail knowledge on the procedure types
  • A professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Good in numbers
