We're currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team.

Location: Ahmedabad or Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining day-to-day communication.

Understand and interpret client briefs and their doubts, share updates, and communicate timelines, deliverables, etc.

  • Coordinate feedback loops between clients and internal teams (design, copy, media, etc.
  • Collaborate with the copywriter and designer to plan monthly content calendars, based on brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of LinkedIn as a platform
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, etc.) and create basic client-facing reports.
  • Work closely with internal team: copywriters, designers, video editors, and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to pitch fresh ideas to the client and keep content innovative.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • A background in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, or Communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Confident in handling client queries.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior experience with content calendar planning or content writing
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, Buffer, etc.
  • A flair for creative thinking and copywriting.
  • A team-first mindset
