About the Role

We are seeking a
proactive, creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager
to lead and grow social media presence for both our organization and
multiple US-based clients
. This role involves
strategy, content planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
across platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-driven, and comfortable working with international (especially US) clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands and industries.
  • Conduct audience analysis and competitor benchmarking to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Build and maintain a
    content calendar
    aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Content Management
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and emerging networks.
  • Collaborate with
    graphic designers
    to ensure visually compelling posts.
  • Write or edit social copy tailored for US audiences.
  • Campaign & Community Management
  • Manage both paid and organic campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare
    monthly reports
    with actionable insights.
  • Client Communication & Coordination
  • Interact with US-based clients to understand their brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Present strategies, insights, and progress reports clearly and confidently.
  • Adapt communication style to different industries and client expectations.
  • Trend & Tools Awareness
  • Stay updated with the latest
    social media trends, AI tools, scheduling platforms, and tracking software
    .
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to boost productivity and impact.
  • Use tools like
    Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
    for scheduling and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3–4 years of hands-on social media management (agency or multi-client experience preferred).
  • Exposure to
    US-based clients or campaigns targeting the US market
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Canva
    and other social content creation/management tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with US market sensibility.
  • Ability to work independently,
    solve problems proactively
    , and stay ahead of trends.
  • Must be able to work
    US EST time zone (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
    .

Preferred Skills

  • Basic design skills (while dedicated designers will support you).
  • Knowledge of
    paid social ads
    (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • SEO basics for optimizing social media content.
  • Experience handling
    multiple clients/brands simultaneously
    .

Work Model & Location

  • Hybrid:
    Initial training and occasional in-office presence required at
    Infocity, Gandhinagar
    .
  • Company may transition to more frequent in-office days if needed.
