Job Description:-

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Community Management: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, respond to comments and messages promptly, and address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, contests, and influencer partnerships, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data insights, and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Social Listening: Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and conduct social listening to identify relevant topics and conversations to engage with.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
