We are seeking a mid-level Social Media Manager to join our team at Innotek Furniture Fittings Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in our Ahmedabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current social media trends and be skilled in leveraging these to enhance Innotek's online footprint.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in content strategy development that aligns with overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Proficient in managing Facebook Ads Manager to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Skilled in using Instagram Analytics to track performance and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite for developing engaging visual content that resonates with our audience.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends analysis (Mandatory skill) to stay ahead of industry shifts and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in implementing SEO for social media (Mandatory skill) to drive organic growth and increase audience engagement.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive social media strategies (Mandatory skill) that integrate seamlessly with company goals and values.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with followers and foster a positive community around the brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media marketing plan that aligns with company objectives and enhances brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media analytics to assess engagement, reach, and effectiveness of content, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Create engaging and original social media content, including text, image, and video, that speaks to our target audience.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistency in voice and message across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant tactics into our social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers to build strong relationships and foster community goodwill.
