Job Summary:

The Business Development Manger will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and creating strategies to enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a knack for building lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for digital marketing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate organizations.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage lead generation, proposal writing, and client presentations to secure business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize digital strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record in selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategies, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business concepts into effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in CRM tools, digital analytics, and performance tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
