Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Enhancement

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and welcoming guest interactions.
  • Promptly address guest concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen guest engagement and community interactions.

Event Management and Execution

  • Support campus operations in planning and executing events/activities.
  • Promote and sustain the Pearl culture through community events and initiatives.
  • Ensure events are well-coordinated, cost-effective and impactful. Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with operations, housekeeping, and other teams to foster community-driven activities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
  • Prepare and share monthly reports on events, student/guest feedback, and actionable insights. Hostel Management
  • Oversee supervision, coordination, and periodic audits of hostel operations.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort standards are consistently maintained.
  • Address student concerns proactively and coordinate with vendors/service providers. Student Experience and Outcome
  • Drive initiatives to enhance student satisfaction and engagement.
  • Implement improvements based on insights to elevate the overall student experience.

Preferred candidate profile
