Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, X, etc.)
and online communities, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
- Engage with customers and community members with empathy and speed,
responding to queries, resolving issues, and elevating positive feedback related to
product quality and service.
- Monitor brand sentiment and gather detailed feedback on our curated products and
service experience to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the CX, marketing, and product teams to translate
community insights into tangible business actions, particularly around product
sourcing and delivery.
- Drive engagement campaigns, contests, and discussions focused on healthy eating,
quality ingredients, and the 'essentials' category to strengthen community loyalty.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve communication strategies and
demonstrate the ROI of community efforts.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and conversations relevant to the urban Indian
consumer, the D2C space, and the essentials category.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer
experience, ideally within a D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills(both written and verbal) with the ability to craft clear,
brand-aligned, and empathetic responses.
- A creative mind that loves connecting with people and proactively solving complex
problems related to the customer journey
