About the Role:

Eshvaa Management Solutions is looking for a skilled QMS professional
to support one of our esteemed clients in the
aerospace sector
involved in
design and development
. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and advancing the
Quality Management System
aligned with
ISO 9001
, ensuring readiness for certification and continual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ISO 9001 QMS processes and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in certification audits.
  • Identify non-conformances, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
  • Support management in achieving continual improvement and compliance objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in
    QMS implementation and auditing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    ISO 9001 standards
    and certification processes.
  • Experience in preparing
    QMS documentation (policies, procedures, forms, records)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    internal audits
    and assisting certification audits.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in
    design and development environments
    is preferred.
