Associate Lead Consultant- SAP PP/QM Job

We are looking forward to hire SAP PP/QM Professionals in the following areas :

• Around 10+ years of experience in PP and QM
• Worked on Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios
• Certification in SAP would be an added advantage
• Should have experience in Presales / Rollout/Upgrades/ Implementation projects
• At least 4-5 End to end implementation experience in S/4HANA and ECC
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and FIORI is a must
• Experience in Production planning and Quality management modules
• Worked on Sales and Operational planning, Long term planning , Material Requirement Planning , Demand Management, capacity evaluation and production execution processes.
• Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)
• Should have worked on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection and Quality Improvement (Quality Notification & Nonconformance Management) Processes.
• Good understanding of Sample management, Stability Study , Dynamic Modification of the Inspection Scope and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
• Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components
• Design and build SAP PP/QM solutions & perform maintenance and support and do Client demo's to customer on need basis
• Integration knowledge in Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Costing / controlling.
• Knowledge of APO and IBP would be an added advantage.
• Integration with third-party applications, RICEFW's
• Master data knowledge in both PP and QM
• Good communication skills

As a Business Process Consultant, he must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to implementation/development projects. Independently handle implementation projects with focus on Production Planning & Quality Management processes Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients Responsible for defining the scope of a project / opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems Delivering billable components that meets a customer's needs.
