We are looking for a dynamic, field-focused Marketing Executive with experience in offline healthcare marketing, client acquisition, and hospital branding to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the healthcare sector — hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Generate new business orders through field visits, client meetings, and relationship development.
  • Handle client onboarding, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as signage, hospital branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
  • Assist in organizing healthcare events, seminars, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and client communication updates.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition, revenue, and project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital branding, or offline promotions.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
