**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing cum Delivery Executive. This role involves promoting the company’s services through local marketing activities, ensuring smooth medicine delivery, and achieving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Pamphlet Distribution**
- Distribute pamphlets and brochures in targeted areas to promote services.
- Engage with the local community to build brand awareness.

**Campaign Coordination**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness to the team.

**Medicine Delivery**
- Deliver medicines to customers promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain delivery records.

**Customer Interaction**
- Handle customer queries and address any concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Collaborate with the store and marketing teams to align activities.
- Report daily marketing and delivery updates to the management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Education**
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th standard.

**Experience**

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local routes and locations.
- A proactive and customer-first attitude.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 (Take Home).
- **Travel Allowance**: Provided for delivery and marketing activities.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives available.
