Redwud Creations is a leading healthcare marketing and branding agency based in Chennai, offering a complete range of digital and offline marketing solutions for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

We are expanding our client portfolio and are looking for a smart, energetic, and go-getter Business Development Executive with prior experience in the digital marketing industry to drive new business opportunities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing and branding services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
  • Generate and close new business leads through cold calls, client meetings, and networking.
  • Present and pitch agency capabilities, proposals, and service portfolios effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, and business progress reports.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams for project initiation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare branding, and advertising.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Smart working, confident, and result-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings when required.
