CRM Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
CRM Development & Management
o Design, build, and maintain a structured sales database in Zoho CRM.
o Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation to suit business
requirements.
o Create a sales funnel structure within CRM to track leads across stages (Cold, Warm,
Hot).
o Ensure CRM is optimized for drag-and-drop ad data import (e.g., from Google Ads).
Integration & Automation
o Integrate Zoho CRM with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Ads for
seamless data flow.
o Automate data entry, lead categorization, and reporting processes.
o Build dashboards and reports for real-time sales funnel visibility.
Data & Sales Support
o Maintain accurate and updated customer data for lead nurturing.
o Support the sales team with insights, segmented lead lists, and tracking
mechanisms.
o Regularly audit the CRM system for performance, accuracy, and usability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
