Job Description for Area Manager - Housing Finance Recovery*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Housing Finance Recovery team in a leading private sector bank. The successful candidate will oversee housing loan recovery operations, manage a team of recovery agents, and ensure maximum recovery rates while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of recovery agents to achieve recovery targets.

  • Recovery Operations: Oversee housing loan recovery processes, ensuring efficient and effective recovery strategies.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate loan repayment.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement recovery strategies to maximize recovery rates.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:- Experience: 6-12 years of experience in housing finance recovery, collections, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with housing finance products, recovery processes, and regulatory requirements.
