Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pan-Asian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of Asian cuisines—such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, and Malaysian. You will be responsible for preparing authentic and innovative dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring a seamless kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes from various Asian cuisines (e.g., stir-fries, sushi, curries, noodles, dumplings, etc.).
• Develop and refine Pan-Asian menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef or culinary team.
• Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation, taste, and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed to maintain freshness and availability.
• Uphold all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on Asian cooking techniques and presentation styles.
• Innovate new recipes and seasonal menus to reflect current culinary trends.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• Control food cost and minimize waste through efficient preparation and portion control.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques across multiple Asian cultures.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for Asian cuisine and a creative approach to menu development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
