About The Role

Your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific hiring needs for Global Business Services.
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment delivery in alignment with established
- Demonstrate impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Monitor hiring trends and analyze competitors to take ownership of data-driven strategies.
The experience we're looking for
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition expert , leading end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Prior experience in scaling Global Business Services / shared services / GCC is a plus.
- Experience in International Recruitment is a strong advantage
- Skilled in designing effective hiring strategies, executing targeted headhunting, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across global teams.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, a growth mindset, and the agility to learn and adapt.
