• Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Design and develop intelligent agents and autonomous workflows using agentic AI tools.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms using Python and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across the team.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems.

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java for backend and AI development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AutoGPT, or similar.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to lead complex AI projects and mentor team members.

Desirable experience & skills

• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
