Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with 2-3+ years of experience.
We're looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Conversational AI. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of deep learning, NLP, and generative AI, with a proven ability to design, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge models into real-world applications.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LLM Development & Customization

• Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for conversational AI & digital humans.
• Implement RAG pipelines & domain-specific adaptations.
• Ensure scalability, latency, and reliability of deployed models.

2. Conversational AI Engineering

• Build next-gen conversational systems powered by LLMs and NLP.
• Integrate multi-modal capabilities (voice, facial expressions, gestures).

3. Integration & Deployment

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Deploy scalable AI applications across web, mobile, and avatar platforms.

4. User Experience & Personalization

• Architect human-like conversational flows aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously improve empathy, personalization, and contextual accuracy.

5.Metrics & Analytics

• Define & track KPIs (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, engagement rates).
• Use analytics and feedback loops to refine AI solutions.

6.Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, NLP, and GenAI.
• Experiment with emerging architectures & multi-agent systems.
• Contribute to Thrifty's innovation roadmap for digital humans.

Must-Have Skills::

• Expertise in
  LLMs & Transformer Architectures
  (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.)
• Hands-on with
  GenAI frameworks & APIs
  (Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, OpenAI APIs).
• Knowledge of
  vector databases
  (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
• Strong
  NLP foundations
  : embeddings, intent/entity recognition, sentiment/emotion analysis.
• Proven experience in
  dialogue management & conversational flows
  .
• Proficiency in
  Python
  and one additional language (Java/C++).
• Experience with
  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
  .
• Ability to build
  scalable APIs & microservices
  .
• Familiarity with
  LLM evaluation metrics & optimization techniques
  .

• Experience with
  multi-modal AI
  (speech-to-text, text-to-video, avatars).
• Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
