Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing.

  • Leading team of Business Development Department Team.
  • Review and accessing in Preparation and Submission of RFP, RFQ, Bids, Technical and Commercial Proposals.
  • Client follow up for new business opportunity.
  • To take-up the in opting the new Technology for doing the partnership for the bidding process.
  • To review the process related aspect in taking the decision related to process related to water treatment.
  • Preparation of Budget for Business Development.
  • Research activates related to business development.
  • Opportunity Assessment & Present to Management for initial Go –No Go Decision.
  • Preparation of Pre Bid Queries and attend pre bid meeting.
  • Research and build relationships with current and new clients.
  • Collect & maintain all bid results in the area of water, wastewater & Irrigation.
  • Set up meetings between client and decision makers of the company.
  • Joint Venture/Partner/Nominated Sub Contractor identification for bidding.
  • Competition tracking
  • Coordination with various functions for bid preparation

Qualifications
Educational Qualification
: Bachelor's degree in engineering + MBA/PGDBM

Experiences
: More than 25 Years of relevant work experience in the similar role of a large / mid sized organization. Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External)
