Job Title: Lead Generation Intern

Work Mode: Full-Time, Work From Office

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Duration: 3 Months

Location - Nagpur, Hingna T point

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. If you are eager to learn, confident in communication, and interested in building a career in sales, this internship is a great starting point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to identify, connect with, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Research, track, and update lead information across CRM and internal databases.
  • Contact prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and assess business needs.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate lead generation database.
  • Share timely updates, reports, and market insights with the management team.
  • Build strong product knowledge to effectively communicate solutions to prospects.
  • Consistently follow up with interested leads to generate product demos.
  • Schedule demos and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct online research and identify potential clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets.

Eligibility

  • Students or fresh graduates passionate about sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Must be available to work full-time from office.
  • Ability to commit to the full 3-month internship duration.
