  • Responsible for collections and recovery of overdue EMIs from assigned customer accounts.
  • Aim to maximize profitability by reducing delinquencies.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee field visits to customers for EMI collection.
  • Regularly follow up with default customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure collection efficiency while complying with company policies and guidelines.
  • Track and manage overdue accounts (specific buckets) in the assigned area.
  • Trace absconded defaulters and initiate recovery actions.
  • Recommend and coordinate legal action for non-recoverable accounts.
  • Follow up with the legal team for closure of legal cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹230, ₹275,000.00 per year
