**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused **Holiday Sales Advisor** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating personalized travel experiences for clients, offering expert advice on destinations, and ensuring the seamless execution of all travel arrangements. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth by delivering exceptional service and promoting our travel offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Advise clients on travel destinations, itineraries, travel options, and required documentation.
- Design and customize travel plans tailored to clients’ preferences, budgets, and needs.
- Manage and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
- Provide up-to-date information on visa regulations, local attractions, cultural norms, and travel advisories.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell travel packages, tours, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Keep abreast of travel trends, emerging destinations, and promotional offers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers.
- Ensure smooth coordination of all travel logistics and support clients before, during, and after travel.
- Collect post-travel feedback and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and effectively upsell travel products.
- Proficient in GDS/booking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is **mandatory**.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular and emerging destinations.
Pay: ₹15,764.38 - ₹30,101.43 per month
