The Opportunity
The COS leads the CEOs Office (CeOO) and serves as the CEOs strategic & execution partner. You'll drive growth and profitability by managing cross-functional programs, ensuring organizational alignment thereby enabling the CEO to focus on high-value priorities.
What You'll Do :
- Translate strategic goals into actionable, measurable initiatives. Ensure speedy implementation of ideas as timing is everything in this fast paced IT Worl
- Should constructively Partner/Challenge Sales, Delivery & Operations teams while ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria to accelerate growth and improve margins
- Drive execution of key programs across Cloud, GenAI & Hybrid IT
- Identify and act on opportunities for top-line growth & cost optimization
- Manage strategic reviews. Create dashboards using the business analytics team. Should be able to translate detailed data into clear, concise & actionable tasks
- Strengthen processes for efficiency and accountability
- Free up CEO bandwidth handle what needs fixing, not just reporting

The ideal candidate should necessarily have Business acumen, is energetic & self-motivated & exhibits a high degree of inter-personal skills (team player) as he/she works with others across the organization. And yes You need to communicate smart & understand internal & external expectations Given the exposure, the canvas to play upon, the need to keep learning new things very fast, lets face it ... the role can be daunting for some. Those who are passionate about what they do & hence deeply invested, who know how to be patient, especially with uncertainty, will find this role exciting as this exposure will serve as a great stepping stone in their career.
