Role Description:

As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for

Leadership

·     Leading a team of 3-4 Project Associates

·     Training and upskilling of Project Associates

·     Performance Review of Project Associates

Project Delivery - Diagnosis

·     Leading the process review and diagnostic study

·     Creation of process maps and performing gap analysis

·     Preparing diagnostic reports

·     Presentations to client management

Project Delivery – Formulation

·     Participating in strategy development with client management

·     Creating ideal process flows and related formats

·     Leading policy development and creating related documents

Project Delivery - Implementation

·     Working with client management and other teams in implementation of strategies and policies

·     Monitoring Project Milestones

·     Managing communication channels between client leadership team and project delivery team

·     Performing analytics on client data to provide meaningful and actionable insights

We are looking for

·     Graduates/ PGs with MBA/ M.Tech

· years' experience post MBA in operational role or in consulting

·     Good Written and verbal English Communication Skills

·     Excellent presentation skills

·     Analytical ability to work with diverse and large amount of data

·     Diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of work assigned

·     Ability to meet tight deadlines

·     Willingness to travel extensively both within Mumbai to client sites and outside
