About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic team in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing performance-based ad campaigns, particularly in the healthcare or hospital sector. You will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, optimizing ad performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Effectively allocate advertising budgets: 80% Google Ads, 20% Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to improve landing page quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee and manage the lead distribution process to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through paid search strategies.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ad budgeting, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
