- Policy Sales & Promotion: Present and sell appropriate insurance plans (life, health, general insurance) based on client needs.
- Advisory Role: Guide clients on suitable coverage, benefits, and premium options for financial protection.
- Documentation & Compliance: Handle paperwork, ensure proper documentation, and comply with insurance regulations.
- Customer Support: Address client queries, assist with claims, renewals, and policy servicing.
- Market Research: Stay updated on new insurance products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriters, claims teams, and other internal departments for smooth processing.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and prepare regular performance reports.
