**Role & Responsibilities - Insurance Sales Executive**

**A) Sales & Business Development**
- Generate leads through Natural market, client meetings, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, general, etc.).
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively cross-sell other financial products like FD, mutual funds, or investments as guided by Insurance Head.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and client engagement programs.

**B) Client Relationship Management**
- Present insurance options clearly, avoiding information overload.
- Educate clients about product features, premium, claim settlement, and other key terms.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients on proposal status, renewal reminders, and after-sales service.
- Resolve client queries promptly and escalate complex issues to Insurance Head when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

**C) Documentation & Process Handling**
- Collect and verify all necessary documents from clients before submission.
- Coordinate with the back office for processing and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government rules, and regulatory requirements.

**D) Reporting & Coordination**
- Update daily sales reports and submit them to Insurance Head.
- Maintain updated client records in the company CRM.
- Share client feedback, competitor insights, and market updates with the team.
- Work closely with the back-office team for smooth processing and servicing.

**E) Training & Development**
- Attend product and sales training sessions conducted by the company.
- Stay updated with new insurance products, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
- Implement feedback and guidance given by Insurance Head for performance improvement.

**F) Expense & Conduct**
- Ensure cost-effective client servicing and business development activities.
- Maintain ethical conduct, transparency, and professionalism in all dealings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
