Operations Manager
to join our team in Mumbai and lead the execution of events from concept to completion.

As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring every detail is seamlessly delivered. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to bring event plans to life with precision, efficiency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete event operations from planning to on-ground execution.
  • Supervise event fabrication, technical setup, and overall production quality.
  • Handle vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation.
  • Oversee on-site event technicals and show running during live events.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Create and manage event budgets, cost sheets, and financial tracking.
  • Ensure quality checks and timelines are maintained throughout all stages.
  • Troubleshoot and make quick decisions on-site to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to align expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify and finalize venues based on client requirements and budgets.
  • Manage gifting and procurement of event-related items and materials.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in event operations, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of event production, technical elements, and show flow.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel and be hands-on during on-site execution.
  • Knowledge of Corel-Draw and Auto CAD is preferred
