Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Manager – Event Operations will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operational processes and exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, supervising the event team, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. The Manager will also be instrumental in resolving issues promptly to ensure successful event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure smooth event execution and cost efficiency.
  • Experience in Event Planning and coordination to manage logistics, timelines, and execution effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members professionally.
  • Ability to manage challenges and provide solutions under pressure with leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, and familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
  • Educational background in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
