Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and licensing.
  • Deploy and manage Azure resources, such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and Azure AD.
  • Configure and monitor Azure networking components (NSG, VNet peering, VPN gateways, etc.).
  • Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and identity protection policies.
  • Support user accounts, permissions, and group policies in hybrid on-prem + Azure AD environments.
  • Monitor network and cloud performance, perform routine maintenance, and resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Work with security and compliance teams to ensure systems adhere to organizational policies.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Exposure to Office 365 admin tasks (user creation, mailbox management, licensing).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Basic understanding of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or SonicWall preferred).
  • Awareness of security best practices for cloud and network infrastructure.
